On the training side:

We pulled her away from the random workout approach and built a structured strength training program around her schedule. Progressive, targeted, deliberate. Sessions built to tone her upper back, midsection & glutes, not just melt some quick weight no matter where its from.

The result was a body that started responding in a way her previous workouts never produced.
