Discipline ≠ Results
|
You're probably more disciplined than you think. You show up. You put the work in. You've cut things out and pushed through hard days. And yet the results don't match the effort. But showing up every day & doing the wrong things will never yield the right outcomes. The missing piece is almost always nutrition strategy. Here's how most men approach their food during their fat loss journey: eating less. Then a little less. Then a little less again. And you just keep fluctuating between the heaviest you've ever been, and a little less heavy than that. Eating less isn't a strategy. You're a grown man, you need food, a lot of it; to build a physique that's any level of fit. Harold is a husband, father, and finance professional. When he came to me he was stuck in exactly this cycle. Doing the work in the gym. Nutrition working against everything he was building there. Use food strategically. 50 grams of protein every morning without exception. Before the coffee, before the meetings, before the day takes over. This one shift alone broke the restrict and binge cycle almost immediately. Vegetables at every meal. Simple, non-negotiable, and more powerful than most guys give it credit for. 81lbs gone in 16 months. Not by eating less. By eating right. If you've been showing up and not seeing the results match the effort, you don't need more discipline. You need a better strategy. [GET YOUR METABOLIC GAME PLAN HERE] — Montel P.S.
