The Private Client Assessment
- The Purpose: To see what your goals are, what you’re struggling with & if we can help or not.
- What happens after the assessment? : I’ll reach out to you personally to discuss your goals more in depth, and then let you know if we feel we’re a fit for each other.
- What happens if we end up working together? : I’ll create a custom game plan with fat burning meals, muscle building workouts & daily accountability to help you get in the best shape of your life.
The Private Client Assessment is mostly multiple choice, but will provide us with all the info we need to help you get healthy & fit. It typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
